Carlos and Cassie Lollett have been married for 17 years and are "Papi" and "Mami" to two of the most beautiful children in the known world: Maya Rose and Kara Grace.

Carlos moved from Venezuela to South Florida at the age of 13, and served Jesus for many years as a musician. While in college, he met the love of his life, Cassie, and also discovered his desire, gifts, and calling to lead others to discover and grow in relationship with Jesus. They moved back to Miami to start Reality Church after Carlos completed his Masters of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He believes soccer is the greatest sport in the world, with baseball coming in at a close second. Both he and Cassie have a passion to know God and to help others know him.

Gus moved back to his hometown of Miami, FL at the end of 2020 to help plant Reality Church Miami where he serves as the Executive Pastor providing direction and oversight to the church’s disciple-making and leadership development
strategy.

Gus earned his Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Leadership from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is passionate about making disciples and planting churches. Gus is also a self proclaimed pizza aficionado and is always on the hunt to find the best pizza spots everywhere he travels. Gus loves spending time with his wife Barbie and their two precious daughters exploring beaches and trying new restaurants around the city.

Al Fernández is a Miami native who married his childhood sweetheart Noemi. They have three adult children and seven beautiful grandchildren.

While living in Miami he has served as an associate pastor, church planter, pastor, missionary and for over twenty one years served as Southeast Regional Catalyst with the Florida Baptist Convention, the largest network of local evangelical churches in Florida. Pastor Al's philosophy of ministry is found in 1 Corinthians 9:22 where the Apostle Paul writes “... I have become all things to all people, so that I may by every possible means save some.” His hobby is to work out in his home gym, power walk and ride his bicycle. Al earned a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and a Master of Arts degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth Texas.

Barbie Hernandez was born in Delaware and moved to Tennessee for college to major in psychology. There, she met the love of her life, Gus Hernandez. Following her studies, Barbie married Gus (2007) and continued her academic journey, obtaining a master's degree in education.

Barbie's true calling lies in educating and discipling children, a passion she fulfills at Reality Kids. She finds joy in teaching young minds about Jesus and God’s Word. Outside of her professional endeavors, Barbie cherishes her role as a mother and homeschools her two daughters, Giada and Gemma. Family is important to her life, and she strives to instill in her children the same values of kindness, diligence, and a love for learning that drive her own career. In her spare time, Barbie enjoys cooking, reading, and going to the beach with her family.

Ana was born & raised in Miami & has loved serving the local church since she was a child. She has a deep passion for seeing believers get connected in community & empowering them to use their gifts to minister to & build up the body of Christ.
Rachel McAdams
Groups and Missions coordinator
Rachel was born in Nashville, TN, and moved to Miami after graduating college to pursue full-time ministry with Reality Church. Rachel discovered her calling to ministry through short-term missions and has found joy in sending and equipping others in similar ways. She has a heart for the community in Miami and desires to serve the city through the local church.
Aidan Wahlmann
Worship Ministry Apprentice
Born and raised in San Diego, California, Aidan moved to Miami to pursue a degree in classical piano performance at the University of Miami. During this time, he discovered his calling to ministry and joined the Reality Church team as a Worship Apprentice. Since then, he has grown into the role of Music Director, leading and supporting the weekly functions of the Creative Arts Ministry.

Music became a significant part of Aidan’s life at an early age as he learned to play the piano. It was only after coming to Christ and moving to Miami, however, that he discovered his calling to use his musical gifts to serve the church and lead others deeper in worship of God. Outside of music and ministry, Aidan loves baseball, going on long drives, and spending time with the people he loves. Spend enough time with him, and you’re bound to hear a few of his painfully corny puns.
Vince Giordano

Vince and his family moved to Miami, FL, in the summer of 2026 to join Reality Church Miami, where he serves as a Church Planting Resident. He grew up in the Bay Area of California but most recently lived in Pittsburgh, PA, where he attended school, was called into vocational ministry, met his wife, Brittney, and started a family. He is passionate about making disciples, sharing the gospel, and helping people know God and make Him known throughout Miami.
Vince Giordano

Vince spent nearly 15 years at North Way Christian Community in the Pittsburgh area, leading student ministries alongside his wife, Brittney, serving as a Small Groups Director, and most recently serving as the City Campus Pastor in Pittsburgh. Throughout his ministry, he has been passionate about developing leaders, reaching the lost, teaching God’s Word, and helping people grow in their faith. Vince is excited to help reach Miami with the gospel and prepare to plant a church in the Miami area. He loves spending time with and ministering alongside his wife, Brit, and their three children, Luca, Eliya, and their newborn Mateo, exploring Miami, discovering new places to eat, and enjoying life together as a family.
