Carlos and Cassie Lollett have been married for 17 years and are "Papi" and "Mami" to two of the most beautiful children in the known world: Maya Rose and Kara Grace.

Carlos moved from Venezuela to South Florida at the age of 13, and served Jesus for many years as a musician. While in college, he met the love of his life, Cassie, and also discovered his desire, gifts, and calling to lead others to discover and grow in relationship with Jesus. They moved back to Miami to start Reality Church after Carlos completed his Masters of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He believes soccer is the greatest sport in the world, with baseball coming in at a close second. Both he and Cassie have a passion to know God and to help others know him.

Gus + Barbie have been married for 17 years and have two precious daughters, Giada and Gemma. Gus was born and raised in Miami after his parents emigrated from Cuba.

During his college and seminary years in Tennessee, Gus met and fell in love with Barbie, and he also discovered his calling and passion for making disciples, teaching, and pastoral ministry. Gus recently finished his doctorate at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. The Hernandez family moved back to Miami to partner with the Lolletts to help plant Reality Church. Gus and Barbie are passionate about leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus.

Jordan, originally from the lively city of Miami, found his calling in the intertwining of music and Christian faith. With years devoted to honing his musical talents, he now channels his passion into serving our Reality Miami community with unwavering dedication. His journey took a significant turn during his college years, where he not only met his cherished wife, Spring, but also discovered his heartfelt desire to guide others in deepening their relationship with Jesus.

Barbie Hernandez

Barbie Hernandez was born in Delaware and moved to Tennessee for college to major in psychology. There, she met the love of her life, Gus Hernandez. Following her studies, Barbie married Gus (2007) and continued her academic journey, obtaining a master's degree in education.

Barbie's true calling lies in educating and discipling children, a passion she fulfills at Reality Kids. She finds joy in teaching young minds about Jesus and God’s Word.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Barbie cherishes her role as a mother and homeschools her two daughters, Giada and Gemma. Family is important to her life, and she strives to instill in her children the same values of kindness, diligence, and a love for learning that drive her own career. In her spare time, Barbie enjoys cooking, reading, and going to the beach with her family.

Ana was born & raised in Miami & has loved serving the local church since she was a child. She has a deep passion for seeing believers get connected in community & empowering them to use their gifts to minister to & build up the body of Christ.

In her early 20's, her passion for mercy & justice ministry led her to the Christian nonprofit space as well as the Christian writing space to encourage believers to love our neighbors more deeply. Ana's been a member of Reality since joining the launch team in 2020 and served on the social media team before coming on staff. She believes cats are the superior pet & makes it to the movies as often as possible.

Rachel, our College Ministry Apprentice, was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and moved to Miami after finishing community college with a Business Degree. She was raised in the church and found a love for ministering to others through missions and serving in Miami. In her free time, Rachel enjoys paddle boarding.
